Thanksgiving 2008
For the holiday, we hosted a private dinner for families currently living in the Stepping Stones Shelter, an intermediate housing arrangement for families transitioning to new and better lives. Martins Sedan Service of Olney, Maryland kindly donated transportation to and from our restaurant for Stepping Stones.

Join Us for Sunday afternoon Cooking Parties featuring fresh produce & local ingredients found at the farmers market. We’ll meet at Ricciuti’s at 10:30 a.m. to enjoy a cup of delicious organic roasted coffee together and then head over to the market...there we will navigate the market and discuss how to best take advantage of our regions bountiful produce selections. Based on the ingredients we find, we’ll create our fabulous farm to table meal on–the–spot!
Wine and cheese will be waiting for us back at the restaurant. In between wine sipping and cheese noshes we will all get busy in the kitchen, get a few cooking tips from James, do a little wine pairing, have a few laughs and indulge in a family style supper!
Cooking Parties are limited to 12

On Wednesday April 23, 2008, Ricciuti’s Spring Celebration Wine Dinner Featured Wines from Alexander Valley Vineyards paired with Local Spring Cuisine showcasing ingredients from local farms we love. Special Guests: Hank and Linda Wetzel Proprietors of Alexander Valley Vineyards.
Tickets were $75/person, including tax and tip.

Ricciuti’s and Roots Market presented a winter wine dinner featuring natural and organic food and wine. Dinner included Alaskan Spot Shrimp, Homemade Noodles, Maple Leaf Farms Duck Confit, Roseda Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin, and Badger Moutian Riesling, Lolonis Lady Bug White Cuvee II, Marina Cvetic Montepulciano, and Frey Zinfandel California 2006.
Tickets were $75/person, including tax and tip.
